WHAT IS THE “TM” BEHIND THE TITLE METAMORPHOSIS?

The “TM” is for Trade Mark and refers to the name “Metamorphosis Women’s Conference” and use of the butterfly. It is trademarked and may not be used by any individual or organization outside of the Metamorphosis Inc. organization without permission.

REGISTRATION FEES

I registered online and it looks like my credit card was processed more than once!

If you registered online and received a message stating "THERE WAS A PROBLEM WTH YOUR PAYMENT' and you reentered your credit card or a different card, the card that was initially declined was not charged. Your credit account statement may reflect the charge as PENDING but if it did not originally approve the charge, it has not been processed. Reasons that a card may be declined - an invalid card number, the incorrect expiration date, incorrect CIV code, a mismatched address or zip code, an account without the amount to charge. After 24 hours if the account still shows PENDING, contact your bank. You will always receive a payment confirmation from Metamorphosis via Authorize.net confirming your payment.

I can only attend a session of Metamorphosis; do I have to pay the full conference fee?

The cost of Metamorphosis is set at an affordable price so that the majority of women can afford to attend. There are not any partial registrations. Plan to take full advantage of the conference by attending as many sessions as possible.

How can I get VIP SEATS?

The 2011 Conference has only one level registration. You are all VIP's!

How can I pay for someone else?

On line, you can register up to three people at one time. Just follow the on-line registration process.

On site, you can register as many people as you would like. Just notify the Metamorphosis Team Volunteer that you want to sponsor someone else.

Is the registration fee refundable?

Unfortunately the cost of the conference is not refundable, but it is transferable. You may bless another sister to attend in your place before the beginning of the conference.

Is the registration fee transferable?

Yes, you may give your registration badge to another sister before the beginning of the conference.

GROUPS

Can I register a group women to attend Metamorphosis?
Yes! A group of 10 or more women may register for Metamorphosis. While no discount will be given, all groups will be recongized during the conference. Send an email to Groups@mymetamorphosis.org

Is there a group discount available?

There is no group discount but we welcome groups of women to attend. Metamorphosis has been priced in 2011 at a special price! Please take advantage of the early discounts.

REGISTRATION CREDENTIALS

I registered for Metamorphosis but cannot locate my credentials or badge. How can I get a replacement?

Unfortunately we are unable to replace lost or missing registration credentials. If you are still unable to locate it, you will need to register again.

I registered on line and did not receive my registration credentials

On line registrations will be processed at the door. Badges will not be mailed. Please look for ON LINE REGISTRATIONS in the Lobby when you arrive.

CHILD CARE

Will childcare be provided for children?

Please make personal arrangements in advance so that you will receive the greatest benefit of allowing God to minister to you.

AIRPORT INFORMATION

Houston Hobby Airport (HOU) is a 30 minute drive to The Fountain of Praise and Houston host hotels.

Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is 45 minutes drive to The Fountain of Praise and Houston host hotels.

Will there be vendors at Metamorphosis?

There will not be vendors at the 2011 Metamorphosis Conference. There will be a Business Mixer on Friday March 11th just before the evening session. We are encouraging attendees to visit these businesses. You may email sponsors@mymetamorphosis.org for more information.

How can I be a Sponsor for Metamorphosis?

SPEAKERS, SINGERS & PLATFORM GUESTS

How can I be a Speaker, Singer or Guest on Stage at Metamorphosis?
The program participants are generally selected 9-12 months in advance. If you are a speaker, singer or would like to share your message at an upcoming Metamorphosis, send an email to speaker@mymetamorphosis.org with the following information:

1. Your contact information,

2. Subjects in which you are proficient or your area of specialty.

3. An audio and or video clip/sample of you sharing your message.

4. Two references from prior speaking engagements with their contact information.

A committee makes the decision to invite speakers, singers, and platform guests for Metamorphosis.
